One of the hardest things about starting this Keto journey is finding ways to incorporate some of my favorite foods into the diet.
It’s important to enjoy the food that I’m eating while on the Keto diet because it’ll keep me motivated and ultimately help me forget that I’m even on a diet!
The truth is that I can still eat my favorite foods; I just have to find creative ways to make them healthier and make them fit within my diet. This means that I will have to remove a few ingredients or replace them with something else that has less carbs and more fat.
